The Year of the dog is a great book too read if you love hearing about food. you should really read it! Ke P.
Ke P. I don't think I realized this book was about food! That's interesting. Is there an index of recipes at the back of the book that the author wrote about? I THINK there is in Julia's Kitchen (but I'm not 100% sure). What else is this book about? Ms. R.
Actually, The Year of the Dog talks about lots of chineese foods like dumplings. The duplings sybolize wealth. The main character is trying to find a talent that will make her wealthy. The Year of the Dog also sybolizes loyalty so she needs to find her best friend. -Ke P.
